Bandung is the capital of West Java province, also nicknamed Paris van Java due to its beautiful natural landscape and the similar atmosphere it shared with European cities with colonial and art-deco architectures. Surrounded by volcanic mountains, this city used to be filled with tea plantations established by the Dutch.
