Decide if you want to rent your current home and make arrangements if you do
Ensure you have made all necessary financial arrangements for home and Indonesia. If you or your spouse/partner are being sponsored by a company, check what arrangements they have made. For home arrangements, you may want to consult an accountant. You may want to see if your local bank has branches in Indonesia and start researching what requirements they have to set up an account here.
Arrange change of address notification to ensure mail reaches either Indonesia or someone who can manage mail for you.
Make a folder of hard and soft copies of all identity, medical, employment, legal and education documents you may need here for you and your family.
